What is The Tenancy Expert?

The Tenancy Expert is a UK-based guidance hub created to make tenancy law clearer, more accessible, and easier to deal with in real life.

It sits in the space between having no support at all and having to instruct solicitors because the reality is, when issues arise, most landlords and tenants feel they have no choice but to seek formal legal help, even where it may not actually be necessary.

The focus is on providing clear, practical guidance on common tenancy issues so people can properly understand what’s happening, what their rights and responsibilities are, and what steps they can take themselves.

In many cases, problems escalate simply because people don’t have the right information at the right time. The aim here is to change that by giving people the clarity and confidence to deal with issues earlier and without being pushed straight into costly legal routes.

No but this is the step people wish they had taken first.
